Workplace IP changes

Due to requirements from our Australia data centre providers, the Autotask Workplace IP ranges will be changing as of 8th of June 2018.

This should not impact any agent, web, mobile or portal services in any way.

Currently, Workplace desktop must be able to access the URL: in order to access the Workplace server.
This URL currently points to the IPs:

As of tomorrow, this will be updated to:

This change will not affect you unless you have specific firewall rules blocking these IPs.
Generally, as long as you can connect to the URL, you won't have any issues.

However, if you experience any troubles with Workplace sync tomorrow, please let support know.
